Management Team and History
Anil Menawat and Adam Garfein formed Menawat & Co. in 2005 following over two decades of
refinement and validation of the ProFIT-MAP methodology.
Anil is the creator of the ProFIT-MAP methodology. He has over 25 years of
experience in the manufacturing industry. As a champion of integrated process
and financial analytics, he has helped companies develop business and
manufacturing strategies and reduce operating costs. Adam has over 15 years of
strategic, e-business and operational experience with both manufacturing and
services companies. Collectively, their experience spans the automotive,
industrial, aerospace, rubber, software, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical
device, information technology, telecommunications, and construction management
industries.
Menawat & Co. is expanding internationally to meet the global interest
generated by the landmark business book,
